EXPERIENCE
1. Experience Working in Russia – Minimum 3 Years
2. 4 Or More Years’ Experience In Construction as Environmental Engineer
3. 2 Or More Years’ Experience In Petrochemical Plants as an Environmental Coordinator
4. Implementation of an Environmental Management System UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004
5. Experience in Waste Management Systems, Spill Prevention and Emergency Response.

LANGUAGES: Russian and English

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make sure that the Environmental Plan requirements are fulfilled at work.
2. Verify compliance with the environmental legislation by contractor and subcontractors.
3. Save and manage all environmental documentation and records required by the Environmental Plan.
4. Keep updated the Environmental Plan and procedures and report of the changes to the staff involved.
5. Manage non-conformities detected at work and monitoring approved corrective measures implementation.
6. Inform periodically to site HSE manager about environmental performance.
7. Participate with the HSE Manager in the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects related with the activities carried out on site.
8. Verify compliance with legal requirements and other requirements on site.
9. Investigation and report of environmental incidents and accidents.
10. Make the Environmental Monthly Report within the HSE Monthly Report.
11. Approve Subcontractors´ Environmental Plan and Procedures.
12. Supervise that staff and subcontractors have received the environmental training.
13. Request subcontractors’ environmental monitoring and measuring records.
14. Ensure environmental inspection plan fulfillment and the implementation of approved corrective measures.
15. Perform and /or coordinates environmental studies according to the Environmental Plan.


SKILLS
16. Environmental or equivalent degree. (Ecology, Natural Sciences),
17. Environmental Management System UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004,
18. Environmental Russian Legislation,
19. Waste Management ,
20. Spill Prevention,
21. Emergency Response,
22. Good Communication Skills - Russian,
23. Communication skills in English (Turkish knowledge is an asset)
